If you have a plumbing emergency you can call us on the numbers above at any time of the day or night, any day of the year. This applies to new and existing customers. All we ask is that you only call out of hours with a genuine emergency. Our call out charges are very reasonable: typically £60 minimum charge, including the first hour's labour, with no additional call-out charge.

Whatever your emergency - we have probably seen it before, so call us for a swift and effective response.

If you have a project in mind then call us to discuss your requirement. We can visit and provide a written estimate or just discuss your plans and give you advice on any issues you are unsure about. For bathroom refits it is a good idea to speak to us before you buy fittings such as bath, shower, wc and washbasin, as there are often aspects of room layout, thickness of walls and location and routing of pipes that may restrict your choices. You can avoid buying something that will not work in your room by talking to us first.
